We learn about democracy by holding whole school moots. The moots are run by children in Fox Class. An agenda is agreed upon and children and staff have time to think about what they would like to contribute to the meeting. Everybody has equal status and an equal right to be listened to. If you want to speak then you must raise your hand, your name will be recorded and then you will be called to speak at a given time. Moots allow us to discuss a range of issues and projects which we would like to work on as a school.
